Distance Sales Agreement – Zest Exclusive Hotel Bodrum

Buyer: Guests making a reservation or requesting services through our website.

2. Subject

This agreement governs the provision of accommodation, transfer, and other services offered by Zest Exclusive Hotel Bodrum through its website, in accordance with distance sales regulations.

3. Services and Reservation

The Buyer reserves the selected services and accommodation packages via the website. Reservations are confirmed once payment is received and approved by Zest Exclusive Hotel Bodrum.

4. Price and Payment

Prices displayed on the website are up-to-date and include VAT. Payments can be made online via credit card or bank transfer. Upon receipt of payment, the Buyer will receive a reservation confirmation.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the reservation within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to reservations made less than 7 days before the accommodation date. Refunds in case of withdrawal will be processed according to the hotel’s cancellation policy.

6. Service Provision

Services included in the reservation will be provided on the specified dates and times. The Buyer is obliged to use the services on the dates indicated.

7. Liability and Warranty

Zest Exclusive Hotel Bodrum is responsible for providing services in accordance with this agreement. The hotel is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by natural conditions, technical failures, or force majeure events.

8. Personal Data Protection

All personal data provided by the Buyer is kept confidential under KVKK regulations and is used solely for the fulfillment of services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Bodrum Courts and Enforcement Offices.
